Hello Luancool,To help us in assisting this issue and determining the problem, please provide us with the following information:
- Minecraft version
- Mods (If any)
- Resource pack
- Memory dedicated to Minecraft/total available physical memory
- Do you have any lag when playing? Or is it just your memory that gets used quickly?
- Snooper settings (please look through them first and censor any sensitive information you do not with the community to be able to see)
Thanks,
Declan

I know this doesn't answer your question specifically but this just addresses that ram issue in general. My ram goes to 100% after playing pretty much anything for long periods of time. if I'm looking at f3 whenever it spikes to 100% ill drop to 0 fps for a bit then the ram usage will go down to about 70% with normal fps (the ram usage number gets higher over time until I start going to 0 fps every 5 seconds) I'm assuming this is what you mean by unplayable. A way you should be able to fix this is allocate more ram to minecraft so that it takes longer to "fill up" assuming that you have more ram to allocate (I cant do this as I have only 4 gigs of ram on my PC :( rip) if you need I can show you how to do this.
