Okey I am from Turkey, and when I read Turkish Discussions everyone is asking how can I apply to Special Ranks.I just asked myself why "they are asking so much"? And I found why they are. When I click https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/90224 (Special Ranks Applications) I released that badlion staff used blocked past tool in Turkey (You can see from attachments). I think Badlion Staff should edit that past tool because PASTBIN is blocked in Turkey.
