What Happend To Build 1.9?

When I go on badlion in 1.9 I wanna play build 1.9, but when I join build in 1.9 its never build uhc 1.9.

My question is could you possible bring it back?

It was removed after s12 because no one played it, at peak times there were only 10-20 players.

too much I cant write them all but I'll write like 20% of them here:
shields, elytra, the end, pots with effects and a lot more

Shields: garbage, Elytra: Doesn't affect pvp too much, The End: has no effect on pvp, Lingering pots: extremely overpowered, but can be removed easily. You should've listed the offhand and the stop sprinting to crit as the good things.
