If you are banned for xray/cave finder and you were using entities, you will remained banned, regardless of counter evidence. The rule exists solely to prevent using it as an excuse to get out of a ban. The Badlion Administration has the belief that using any debug option (other than hitboxes) is abusing bugs/exploits within Minecraft, especially when it gives information that is pertinent to the game that is not visibly available, such as entities through walls.It does not matter if you were streaming, recording, or anything. If entities are present on your screen, could be hidden behind an overlay, or any part of your screen is cropped out, you will not be unbanned.
We will not ban solely off of evidence of looking at entities, but if we do collect enough third party (mod recording) evidence of what appears to be xray or cavefinder to issue a ban (regardless of streaming/recording status):
1. You will be banned.
2. You will not be appealed early when it comes out you were using entities. You will serve your time.
3. You will be stripped of your special rank for cheating if you have it.
4. You will not be eligible for receiving a special for 6 months after your unban date.
Several seniors are now collecting evidence of players who are known to blatantly use entities from a third person which appears as cave finding, and will be allowed to start issuing cave finding bans for them (3 months).
This also applies to having someone spectate for you and find players/ores for you.
Rules that apply to this post
Gameplay #4 - Exploiting a bug in native minecraft or a plugin will result in a punishment.
Gameplay #6 - Purposely making yourself look like a rule-breaker will result in you being punished as if you were breaking said rule (making yourself look like you're hacking.) If you are going to waste the moderator's time on you instead of a real rule breaker, you will be removed from the network.
UHC #2 - Using F3+a, F5 under lava, mining to entities or doing anything that gives you an unfair advantage will result in a permanent ban.
