when i first read the post i thought -1 but this actually makes a lot of sense. unless you use a third party website for CS or league you can't check peoples rank in game unless they are in your group, party, or friend.

I honestly can't understand all of the -1 point's, most if not all competitive games do not show rankings at the start (that is if at all).Just like badlion moved from elo to this system to mimic other competitive games.
/stats could be blocked.
As for people looking at the website, I honestly doubt people would actually check the website every game to check someone's rating…
