I was playing CTF yesterday evening and rushed to a team's flag with my team. A player on my team captured the flag but purposely "hogged" it and refused to capture it. My team was repeatedly notifying him of being in possession of the flag, but all he did was say "lol", "k" and spam shift in front of us to provoke us. @_Link can approve of this situation as he was in my team for that game. Other players in my team include Jinxful and Kakor.I have spontaneously come up with ideas in order to prevent these acts from reoccurring.
Flag capturer poison:
If the flag capturer is in possession of the flag for over a minute, he should receive a debuff such as poison, which is modified to actually killing him.
Flag passing:
What if a new item was added where a player would right click the flag capturer, allowing for him to "steal" the flag from the troll. This suggestion may cause more harm than good though because the troll has the opportunity to steal it back.
Let me know what other suggestions you have to prevent these acts from reoccurring.

I think if people would do this nonstop they should get banned.
