What does this mean?

I try to edit my 'About' section on my account page on the forums and this comes up every time and doesn't save what I put in: http://prntscr.com/cz50kgI put in my YouTube link and twitter username using the '@Username' method too. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Now it just gives me the '502 Bad Gateway' Error, I'll try later on tonight and see how it goes.

EDIT: Tried both ways, still doesn't work for me.

If your twitter is @NameHere you type NameHere in that space
