If it's possible I think that a chat for all players in arena lobbies would be great. Season 12 was fun because it was easier to find friends and everyone was thrown into the same chat. Now that the "Duel me build" spam is gone, I don't see a problem with this. It's very hard to find your friends now unless they're in your clan because of the separate chat lobbies.

type /cc and tab your friends' names and it'll pop up if they're online.

Its still easier with global chat because you'll see everyone typing in the chat if that makes sense. It also makes for a more fun environment, as separate chat rooms feel kinda stale and boring.
