how would it make sense if a ladders masters rank is worth more than another ladder's master rank when all ladders take the same amount of points to get to masters, just like elo takes the same amount of points to get to 2700? are u trying to say that diamond 3 nodebuff is 2200 elo but diamond 3 builduhc is 2400 elo? i dont get it???

Yes. Points aren't worth the same for each ladder, I'm pretty sure. I'll be double checking this later.

oh I see what you're thinking. you've got it backwards. yes, points definitely are not the same for each ladder. build points are way more inflated so they're easier to get. all that means is that it's easier to get masters in build than nodebuff, just like it's easier to get 2700 elo in build than in nodebuff. it doesnt mean the rank values are all shifted. masters is still 2700 and silver 3 is still 1400

Silver 3 isn't 1400, Silver 2 is. And I don't think masters is 2700, but I'll be double checking that.

archy said there was only 4 masters season 12. danteh, gaxriexz, tylarzz, and killaura, only people above 2700

In the time that DrummerReviews got 2411, it would have been wayy past the threshold to Masters of today. But in any case, I'm pretty sure the whole idea of switching to MMR was to make it so we couldn't compare to previous seasons…………….
