A screamer is just something to make you scream, but it can cause heart attacks, epileptic fits, and so on with some of the content in these links. It wouldn't be a very nice experience to other players and can cause fatal implications.

It can cause heart attack. And DanTDM didn't edit the screamer out because he's a bad youtuber.

i believe archy responded to a post asking this question and said that he himself could actually have a heart attack because of something with his health.this was around 2 years ago so i have no idea his actual wording.
