It should be noted that these are not exact elos, as that chart is not the 100% correct conversion of mmr to Elo.

people get confused since points are INFLATED for build. all this means is that it's easier to get to masters in build than in other ladders, just like its easier to get 2700 elo in build that in other ladders. it doesnt actually make each ladder different. the only way that each ladder would be different is if the system took into consideration how many points the highest players had. if only 0.0002% of people had masters rank, then EACH ladder would have a few people in masters.
I don't know if that's correct. The original MMR was percentile based, however I'm not sure if it's the same. Yes, you are correct, from an inflation POV, it would simply be easier to get it in Build, however all of them being equal in terms of conversion, but I don't know if it's inflation or it's still percentile based through manual inflation.

You can't really compare ELO with MMR.
For example 1900 Elo has not the same value in S12 and S14 because of the matchmaking.
