The closing the group stage brings the opening of the bracket stage. For those unfamiliar with the tournament, click here for a broad overview of the rules and tournament format.
Please note that, in order to fill the brackets, some tied/third place teams were progressed from group stage to bracket stage. If your team cannot attend the event, please let me know immediately through private message on the forums.

You can no longer sign up for this tournament.
This is the second and final stage of the tournament. This stage will consist of 64 teams competing for the total of $1000 1st place price, $350 2nd place prize and $150 third place prize. The winners will be initially contacted through the Badlion forums.

Date and Time:
Bracket stage will be hosted on November 12, 2016 at 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST
Teams MUST have at least 5 players on from their roster. Members that aren't listed on your roster are considered illegal, and will result in a disqualification.

Your team will need to create a party with 5 of your members.
To create a party, type "/party invite USERNAME" (example /party invite Varicks)
Repeat this for all of your members until there is a total of 5 members in your party. Matches will be starting at 12:15. If your team is not prepared by this time, your team will automatically lose the round.

Server

We will be using the CTF lobby server hosted in Central North America as our default location. The reason this region was selected is because it is the location most fair to the largest group of players in terms of average ping for SA, AU, NA, and EU. teams will join into parties and duel each other for official matches.

If two dueling teams mutually agree to have their match hosted on SA or EU CTF, then the match will be shifted to that server by simply using the SA/EU CTF Lobby instead of the NA CTF Lobby. However, you are required to alert a staff member of this decision.

Teams are still required to take screenshots of their victories for evidence. There will be a made post specifically for teams to post proof of their victories. In that post, your team leader will report your win with a screenshot. Without an appropriate screenshot, your win might be contested. If the team you are fighting is absent, there will be a thread for you to post in to inform staff.

Gameplay

To find out who you are dueling, go to here and find your group. It will list who you will be fighting against. Additionally, to find out who is on the teams you will be competing against, click here.

Round 1 starts prior the start of the tournament, at 11:30 AM EST and is only for teams NonAustistic and Vendetta to resolve a dispute.

At 12:15 EST, the official tournament begins and the rounds begin.
Round 2 starts at Approx. 12:15 PM EST
Round 3 starts at Approx. 1:00 PM EST
Round 4 starts at Approx. 1:30 PM EST
Round 5 (Quarterfinals) starts at Approx. 2:00 PM EST
Semifinals starts at approx. 3:00 PM EST.
Bronze stage starts at approx. 4:00 PM EST.
Finals stage starts at approx 5:00 PM EST.

Note that these times may change as the tournament progresses.

Please also note that Daylight Savings happened for America, so time zones might have changed by an hour - we are going off of current Eastern time.

Maps and Vetoes
In each Bo1 round (Rounds 1-4) each team will have two vetoes. Those teams will then compete on the remaining map.

In Bo3 rounds, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Bronze stage and Finals stage, each time will have a single veto. They will then compete on the remaining maps until a team emerges victorious in the best of 3.

In both cases, Bo1 and Bo3, the team above the other in their bracket will veto first, followed then by the other team. For Bo1, this process will repeat itself twice. For Bo3, this process will only occur once.

Predictions


On the Challonge (here) you can make predictions on who will win each round. The person with the highest score will receive a permanent lion rank at the end of the tournament. All predictions must be in by 11:30 for them to be regarded. Make sure you use a valid email or you might not get your prize.

Additional information

If for some reason one of your members disconnects, your party leader may substitute in another player from your roster by typing /sub <playername>. That player will then have to type /server <server> to join in. To find out what server you're in, type /server. You may only subsitute players on your roster.

I Just checked out the Bracket for the Teams, I signed up for my team Titled "Team Destruction" I was there when the tournament happened and our team got 2nd place in our match(es) as I was told by the Hosts. However when I saw this and Clicked on the Challonge Link, I tried finding our name with ctrl+f (Find). I then proceeded to type in our name, The first 3 Letters were just fine, but when I got to D-e-s-t it just said 0 of 0 Matches. So I am now wondering why isn't my team on the Bracket to compete & Are we going to be added into the Bracket?


I was alerted about this when someone in the team chat happened to post a link to this Article. I quickly gave it a glance and I very quickly noticed the "Challonge" link in this article. My team is very confused and some of them are even angry, I have some of them very sad because they didn't just work their behinds off just to not be in the bracket. I would like an answer from the Organizers/Host/Admins/Owners as to why we aren't on the bracket. I do not want any conflict within the community walls and if agreeable to you, I would like to take this issue into a more private matter as it does not need have any conflict including the Badlion NetWork Community. If you have any questions for me or any information about the current issue you can e-mail me which I have left my e-mail down below for you to send me any information.
