How to stop Toxicity?
Questions says it. Also don't say "just say gf after a fight" I want to learn how to stop thinking toxic. If this thread goes well then this can benefit other people. So let me explain how I used to stop myself from swearing. Back then, before April or March I had built a mental "wall". This kept any bad words from coming into my mind, and if it did I could keep them under control. If I said a swear word I instantly felt bad. I even thought the words hell and damn were bad words. I was afraid of going to hell if I said "hell" or damn or any other words. Then one day in April or March I got so pissed off that wall broke. I was screaming swear words and after that the wall was destroyed. I say it in my casual lamguage now and don't feel bad for it. Is there any way I can go back to my "innocent" me? This is just an example.

Swearing isn't an example of toxicity, unless it's aimed at another person and meant to hurt them. I very clearly remember Morsinius saying somewhere swear words are for people who are unable to express passion or emotion in their words - extremely cleverly phrased/thought out.

Mindset. If you have a mindset that if you lose, it's unfair, then it'll end horribly. Have the mindset that you can improve. Secondly, it's a game. Actually, people (myself included) get far too triggered by people. Thirdly, yes, say gf after every fight. It might not seem like a valid solution, but it does divert your thought process to more positive thoughts. As for swearing, I see no problem with it as long as it's not insulting. I'm gonna venture a guess and say you're religious, so I'd understand that need. Find substitutes, since it may be against your religion to swear. For example, instead of calling someone a dumbass, I'll call them a dingleberry. Instead of what the hell, I'll say what the hickleberries. They're strange, but it's kind of fun and people laugh about it as well.

Just say "gf" sarcastically after winning fights to make your opponent mad.

Just use any of these approved phrases that express how you feel about your opponent without actually calling them easy: https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/142082
