So recently Badlion moved their hosts to Chicago i'm pretty sure, and I want to know if that's only for the Dueling servers? Because I get around 25ms to the Arena PvP servers, yet I get a solid 4 bar with around 110 MS to the UHC servers. Anybody know what this problem is?

If a location is moved it affects that whole region, for example;
NA -> Arena, UHC, Cubecore, CTF, Mini UHC and all the other servers connected to NA that you can play on will be affected, your ping should be the same on every server on NA Badlion. It's also the same with SA, EU and AU servers on Badlion.
