For goal with staff, I would love to one day be given the opportunity to be UHC Manager. I don't see this happening anytime soon, but I would love to be able to help and shape a specific group of staff members. I already do this with trainees while supervising, but it's not the same as actually managing staff members. Besides that I'll just continue to host games and hopefully provide quality games.

I wanted to become a nurse to help people. That's the simplest reason. The summer before my junior in high school, my dad got really sick. He caught pneumonia, which wasn't good considering he was a chronic smoker and had COPD. This was the time they wanted to really manage his other medical problems, like his Crohn's Disease. It was also the time I had my driver's permit, so driving him and going to all his doctor's appointments and hospital visits was the perfect way to get my 50+ hours in. Just constantly being in the hospital setting and seeing how the nurses interacted with patients and how much they helped both my dad and our family touched me. And that's when I decided that being a nurse and helping those that are sick is what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
Unfortunately, I don't speak Polish fluently. I was told when I was little, my aunt and mom would talk to me in Polish, and I would be able to understand and go do what they asked me to do (like go grab a drink). Now, I can only speak and understand very little.

Yikes. I've never really thought of it. To be honest, I wish I kept in better touch with my friends from high school.
Not really. I'm more disappointed with how people are reacting, like those that are vandalizing religious worship places and just acting like idiots. Those are the ones to be afraid of.

Really good friend that I've known for a long, long time. I'm glad you joined the staff team. You put yourself down a lot, but you shouldn't because you are so kind and important. You are very easy to talk to and one of those people I know I can depend on.

I like how as UHC host, you can choose to make a connection with players. It's different then arena/sg where you can join and just grind out bans based off reports. I thoroughly enjoy talking and making the game as fair as possible. It's a great feeling when someone messages you that you're doing a great job or thanking you for your work. It also makes me happy when a new player will say something like "This is my first time playing, thank you for hosting!". Little things like that make me happy I choose UHC.

There have been a lot of great moments of staff. Some are more personal and sentimental. If I had to choose one I'm comfortable sharing, it would be getting senior. It was a good feeling that someone noticed your hard work and thought you were deserving enough of a leadership position. I also thought it was a joke at first, and had to ask Lena if she was serious. :P
