Potions on NoDebuff/Debuff/Kohi/Vanilla

If we drink the potions before the game starts, we do not get the effect. I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen or if it's actually a bug, but please fix it. It's really annoying, especially when it's ranked and people just keep running while you're dying on fire.PLEASE FIX.

dont throw the bottle untill you get the effect
