Social interaction on here does show aspects of what you are like IRL.
Getting banned for cheating etc depends on how much you take the game seriously, and doesn't show anything about what you're like socially.. (unless you got banned for disrespect and other things related to that >_>)

However it does show that if people irl were as offended as they seem to be on here, it would be reasonable to say you'd act in that manner towards them too in real life, rather than ignoring them. Well, there'd be consequences IRL such as seeing the people everyday. Whereas here I don't have to interact with anyone.
