still ip banned

I (PeterHoefnagels) have a problem i got banned just over 3 months ago. for butterfly clicking and a to many bans. i addmided and i would get unbanned yesterday. now the problem is that i still have my ipban and i am still banned for unfair advantage. even do i should be unbanned by now.proof of getting unbanned:https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/151716
