From hotkeys to scroll(lets say you want to change your hotkey to lava from rod) - Go in a singleplayer world and scroll to the rod. From scroll to hotkey - Find which hotkey would be comfortable for you.I dont use sprint toggle so my sprint is on R, making E very comfortable hotkey :)
