Host are capable of seeking out and banning these couple of cheaters. Why would we prohibit a large portion of the community from playing UHC's just to save 1-3 people from possibly dying to a hacker and getting respawned.

It's an effective way of lowering the number of cheaters.

who cares about those people lets be real. They can play MiniUHC. You're describing the people who die before 20 minutes.
