First of all, well done to Badlion for coming up with this. It's a huge step in the right direction and I'm looking forward to it.My only concern is what happens with the EULA that Mojang enforce on servers. Surely, paying for this service version of the game will violate the terms of the EULA, or maybe it is not classed as part of the server so there are other rules or something (I'm not entirely sure because I haven't read it, I only know the rough idea.)
Can someone please tell me if it does violate the terms of the EULA, and if not, why?

Pay to win is paying to get things in game to have an advantage over others. Pay to play is paying to join, but you will still be on the same level as other people who play, as you can only play against other pay to play players. Thanks @SolrRaze makes sense.
