Hey all,Today marks one year on the Badlion forums for me. Only 3 days ago, I got community manager. It's been a good couple of days for me. I'd like to thank the whole community for what its done for me.
You've all done something, even if I dislike you. I've learnt a lot from my time here, and I don't plan to leave any time soon either. I'm nearly at 2000 posts, and I'm going to go through a couple people who have truly made this experience wonderful for me.
@Apistevist. My first ever friend here on Badlion, and one of my best friends here at that. He had to leave due to IRL stuff, but I hope he'll see this thread.
@WhatDefinesYou. The man, the myth, the legend. He told me to make this clan in the first place. Yes he quit.
@Suitability. One of my closest friends here, an idiot when it comes to math, but still a great fellow Asian player.
@Ryano_. Put up with my onslaught of mutes that I had saved on my desktop.
To all of my clan:
Thank you. I love you all. I made this clan just some months ago, and I'm happy to say that I know practically everyone in it, and they're all good people. I love you all, peeps.
@MeMyselfAndCube. My mentor. A good friend, and a great guy. Teach me to lock bb.
To Archybot (don't want to tag him). Since getting community manager, I feel like you've been my mentor as well. I don't know if that's just because I've never been staff or if you're doing that to all Community managers, but whichever way, I feel like I can just ask question whenever I like. You've been clear about what you want me to do and you've been kind when asking me to do it. You're a great guy.
To everyone on the Badlion forums:
You've all taught me something. I've changed a lot in the past year. I went from a socially inept, outgoing idiot, to a more subtle, somewhat adept person. To the people who I dislike-and you know who you are-I think you've taught me to not overreact to stupidity. To the people I like, you've taught me lessons over periods of time.
