2800 is Masters 1300 points
2900 is Masters 2600 points
3000 is Masters 3900 points
IF I CALCULATE CORRECTLY
but yah im 97% sure I'm doing it right I've created a formula for converting elo to MMR
Go to the MMR to ELO conversion thread by unwise
find what division you would have been in if elo was still a thing (if I had 1511 global I'd be in Silver I which is 1472)
subtract the division's elo from your elo (1472-1511 in my case)
Multiply the difference by 13
Add the product to the division's elo (I had Silver I 507 points global in s12)
Kikzo showed me how to go from MMR to elo:
Go to Unwise's MMR to ELO conversion thread
Find your what your division is (Example: Gold II)
Gold II is 1782 elo
find your points into your division (I had 109 points this morning so I'll use that)
Divide 109 by 13 (1 elo) and you get 8
add 8 to 1782 elo and you get 1790 elo
The trick with masters over 1000 points is that you gotta divide masters by a number over 1000 points like if you have masters 1371 for instance you divide by 1371 not 371
