Well my boy (CrashUHC) was ip-banned an he has already made an appeal more than once his ban was for chargebacks, and he needs to talk to an admin but he cannot make a thread or appeal (Someone bought him the rank and they charged back)https://gyazo.com/96d1b685792eb28a72ab8dd5e7ac0799
