BAC - Perhaps a tweaked unban policy.
Please hear me out on this suggestion.

Suggestion:
Give the option to banned players to have a reduced ban but be forced to use BAC forever.

Introduction:
I think that with the upcoming client side anticheat, there should be an option given to banned players to receive a reduced ban but to be forced to use BAC permanently once unbanned. This would increase the playerbase as well as keep the amount of cheaters the same as before, and I know a lot of people who just hacked without thinking and are now doing a lot of time away from a block game for a stupid reason, when they could perfectly benefit the growth of Badlion if they were forced to use BAC upon return.

My Perspective:
I am one of these people who I spoke of above, I am rkt / Survive, and I was told by CinnamonConnie that I was allowed to use the forums despite my current IP ban, however I can only access the forums at my mum's house because when I go to my dad's I get IP banned for "Too many bans" and cannot post on the forums. I made a stupid decision which I will not address here as it is a little complicated, I did cheat but I didn't completely cheat on purpose, I kind of just got to the point where I didn't care and ended up being banned due to a poor choice. Read more about the situation on my appeals.
Survive appeal: https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/187906
sib appeal: https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/199893
As stated above, I was banned ultimately due to being generally at a temporary loss of interest in the game. I lost interest due to my computer currently being completely screwed, the thermal paste in my GPU is 3 years old and now causes my computer to overheat and crash every hour (GPU runs at 105c/221f), it is really demotivating to even go on my computer. However, since the holidays are coming up (1 day left of school), I'm getting a new computer very shortly and I have 2 months off before I start Year 11 (I'm from Australia). I'd love to spend some of my holidays having fun playing on Badlion Premium. I have absolutely 0 intention in cheating or trying to ruin the fun for others, I just want to play Badlion competitively again and it feels so weird being prevented from wanting to play legitimately so badly.. I've been playing Badlion for a long time, since around about the 1st-3rd season, and I've dedicated a lot of time towards the community. I just want to be able to play again, and I want to be able to play in the holidays so badly.

Possible Objection #1 - Players Deserving of Punishment?
I know an easy objection to this suggestion is the fact that players should be responsible for their actions and should be punished accordingly. However, my rebuttal is simply that at the end of the day, it's just cheating in Minecraft, no one really means any true harm. Plus, usually the point of a punishment is to prevent someone from doing the same thing in the future, but in this case they have no way to cheat, because of BAC. So there isn't really a reason for someone to be truly deserving of their punishment if the lesson they are meant to be learning from that punishment is no longer applicable.

Conclusion:
I only want what's best for Badlion, I certainly won't be of any detriment to Badlion and I'm sure the implementation of this policy would improve not only the experience of users who made a poor decision on Minecraft, but also will benefit Badlion. I, and probably many others, will certainly purchase Badlion Premium regularly upon unban and will try to contribute to Badlion as best we can. Thank you.

Recap:
1. Give option to banned players to have a reduced ban but be forced to use BAC forever.
2. Increases playerbase, keeps cheater limit the same.
3. Gives ex-cheaters a chance to prove themselves.
4. Assists Badlion in growing and prospering as the largest Minecraft network.

I don't recall ever saying that, but it's not a huge deal.

Mixed feelings about this.

Kinda takes away the purpose of the punishment if you can just join back with premium, but I suppose it would ultimately benefit the server.

Why? Can you please have some input on why this suggestion is bad? I don't see any cons to it, unless you just generally dislike people who have cheated on Minecraft before which is pretty low. This is just a game at the end of the day, and although Badlion are trying to make it as competitive of an environment as possible, I think ex-cheaters should be able to prove they can play legit. A lot of cheaters probably just cheated because they didn't find it competitive anymore, and will gladly play legit now seeing as the competitive aspect is being pushed really hard by Badlion and ESL. And, without a lesson to learn from their punishment I don't see why they shouldn't be able to play on a server where cheating is made impossible. Badlion is literally throwing away extra players and income if they deny this suggestion in my honest opinion.

Dude, calm down. You don't need to send me a whole paragraph. This is just a game at the end of the day.

I don't see how 8 weeks of fun on badlion isn't worth a simple paragraph.

if nobody's gonna be able to cheat then you might as well let anyone online whether they're banned or not, more monthly subscriptions to badlion premium and you don't have to worry about them cheating. more money in subscriptions = bigger tournament prizes +1
