Well, the rod based community? I don't really know if you can split it up into segments. Rods are not the cornerstone of build UHC gameplay, it's just an important aspect. In any case, many people have become really sweaty with rod spamming and playing annoying, so idk.
Eh, I think just having fun and enjoying life is the most important aspect but I don't know if that directly translates to the meaning of it.
I know this is directed at me being over confident, and I honestly disagree with that. I'm a narcissistic person, but that doesn't mean I'm overconfident. In any case, I don't mind it as long as people don't flaunt that they're better than others when they're not.
