+1I mean I don't play Vanilla, but it's kinda obvious that the Punch II bow is complete cancer. Being able to boost away forever and run out someone's fire res is retarded. Literally game-breaking. The bow itself barely does any damage in this ladder anyways, like idfk what the point of it is, but I guess it could stay.
In the second page in this thread there's some argument over what exactly should be removed and what should stay, but Caleb's original post merely asks to please remove Punch II for the bow because it's cancer. Sure, there could be some other thread where people discuss the possibility of all kinds of other things being removed from Vanilla ladder, but I think that that is distracting from the simple, rational request made in the original post. It would be logical to upvote his post or provide additional insights if you're in agreement that the Punch II boost away forever bullcrap should be removed, and maybe that would get some better attention from the people who actually change stuff, idk.
edit: idk what Power V does to your armor after a certain amount of bow boost arrows, but u could just NOT use Power V on the bow and then it's pretty good for boost away, right, if that's all you're using it for.

just completely remove the bow. its not a normal thing to use in a vanilla match. and it's incredibly ridiculous how someone, whos name starts with m and is incredibly garbage at the game, pull out a bow and not move from a corner and bow spam the entire game in order to beat someone like me or caleb who's known for being particularly good in melee laddersPosted on 26 November 2016 - 08:14 AM
