I do 8.5 cps jitter click or not, and my aim gets worse when i jitter glcik, so i just click normally

I get up to 13cps when jittering (tensing my arm) and I can get up to 10 cps when jittering my finger ( tensing my finger) xD I dont know how to describe it but its like for jitter my arm jitters and for the 10 cps technique Its just my finger jittering

I jitter 12-13 cps and normal click 6-7 cps.
I only jitter on potion style pvp and sometimes on gapple.
I don't jitter on build because for some reason I feel like I can't use my secondaries as well as I can while normal clicking and besides people like reb_hi can get diamond without jittering.

i dont time when i click, i mean i just time sprint resets well and have good pot management to be good. Also clicking a constant cps that you can aim with is just as important as a high cps
