1. Use old Kohi maps for PotPvp: They're very nice maps, I don't see any reason in replacing them.2. Kit CTF: Since most gamemodes are represented by a kit, CTF should be represented as well.
3. More unranked kits: I think this is already happening but some kits I would recommend are MineZ, Tank, Gold OCN, ComboBuildUHC, and Legacy.
4. Less boring maps for SG/Diamond/Iron/*GApple*?: The completely flat maps for these ladders make kiting way too easy and make for sweaty fights in general. I'm not suggesting maps like the construction site from S12 but definitely less stale maps. There should be an aesthetic factor to the maps as well.

1. Sure, but if possible, remove the cacti on the desert map. It seems quite unprofessional to be able to take damage from cacti in the middle of a fight. Also, the "Two Trees" map had a few annoying fence posts, and doesn't really have the same setup as the maps we have currently.2. Sure, why not.
3. More kits the better? I may be missing something though. +1
4. I personally don't mind the flat, boring maps for GApple. Don't really play much SG/Diamond/Iron so can't really say for those kits.

1- Of course why not2- CTF kit is already similar to the Iron kit but with less armor and maybe 1 gapple. The bow does enough damage in Iron if there was a ctf kit fights would take less than 15 seconds or would rely to camping and arrow conserving

1. Yes, I love the Kohi maps.2. No, that would not work at all. The gameplay would be completely different to CTF and would be absolutely cancerous. The only reason the CTF loadout works in an actual CTF game is because everyone is rushing to get the flag, because you need to rush in CTF. In the ladder people would just camp and bow spam across the map.

The problem with clustered maps is you can't have a melee fight without something being in the way and people shot camp. What I'm suggesting is somewhere closer to the middle which allows for some barriers from bow shots without obstructing melee fights.

Only kit that being bow reliant is a problem is build uhc and you can block up yourself

Bowing is part of the game but it is very annoying. I'm Neutral with @Radioactivebeans and you. But if you're talking potion I'll agree with Radioactivebeans flat maps are better. As for Bow Based Ladders (Not Including Iron and Diamond) I would rather see more of a bigger map with more terrain so I agree with Bow Based ladders for that
