Client side it's 3.4 unless the server changes it to 3

3.4 client side (unless it somehow gets changed to 3, some servers limit it like that, I'm pretty sure mineplex does this)6 server side

well if ur talking about badlion or other multiplayer servers its always 3 blocks unless its modified thats why the default range on clients is always 3.1 to give that extra boost of range
