Ok here we go. There were about 3-5 people advertising in chat and I've collected screenshots that showed them advertising. Cube had banned most of them. There was still one online that I saw that stopped spamming but just say there. I said "Cube ban (Insert name here) for advertising) Then I proceeded to say to that person why did you stop spamming or something. Then I said "Cube, I have evidence against them ;)" I didn't want to open up a staff abuse report because Cube did his job. Cube is both correct and wrong for what he did. Mods don't have to look at the context if they see someone they think is calling out hacks they are allowed to mute. But he is in the wrong in my eyes because he should've put two and two together and saw what my message meant. I'm at fault too because I should've said "Cube, I have evidence against this player for advertising"

TL:DR We were both wrong in my eyes. Cube did his job but should've read chat first.
