The 1v1 league is your chance to show your skill on the premium only servers in the 1v1 situation. The league will choose a single kit to play for two weeks and at the end of two weeks, the #1 player will receive a prize and the ladder will reset and a new kit will be chosen for the next two weeks. These are only for Badlion Premium players and will operate at 128 tps. This special 1v1 ladder will take advantage of the new premium locations as well to ensure the lowest ping possible.
does this mean that the only 1v1 ladder you can play is the one that has been chosen for that 2 weeks?

It's honestly simple (assuming teamwork is the same skill for both teams)
A team that is rod heavy will never lose on Build, but might be upset on SG
A team that is sword heavy will never lose on Soup, but might be upset on Debuff
UHC is there to test bow if upsets don't happen
Build, Diamond OCN, No Debuff, Archer, and then maybe Soup is heavily biased towards sword only players

No - it means there are special rewards for doing well in that ladder specifically.
