20-30% is just untrue. I have one officer (who is a close friend of mine) whos silver, one member who's silver (but is very active in organising scrims/CBs) and one member who's bronze (he's a gfx guy). That's all the silvers I have. That is about 6% of people. I've also been kicking a lot of people and talking to those I see as inactive. However, I do agree that there are inactive people in the clan who need to be kicked.

I haven't seen to many clan leaders since I barely started playing badlion a decent amount, but Ominous and Aeon leaders seems to be the one's that stick out and Genesis based on the past.
