ur forgetting that in nodebuff i would fight an gold 2 - emerald every 1/10 matches
in fact when i was dia 1, i fought almost nothing but emeralds and got to masters fast, which is why if u click the dropdown and hit nodebuff to look at the graph i went from dia 2 to masters in a day
also my gapple kdr is above 30 so yea lol

also to further disprove u, most ppl are stuck at em4/3 nodebuff which is around 2.1k which is the same elo as what ppl are normally stuck at for elo seasons. this matters because a system that is nearly identical would not space out skill levels even further. archy already said danteh's 2800 elo was beat and im one of two ppl sitting at masters 1k ;)

The only thing about this new system from what I see that is different from ELO is how much you gain / lose and the placement matches. The formula they used to place people in different rankings in S13 was less grindy. Whereas from what I know, since players wanted it so that you could grind more instead of getting emerald V in 20 matches, this new system was made. In a way, if it'll calm those ELO extremists, it's still ELO, just with a different mathematical calculation as to how your rank / points are displayed as well as divisions.Posted on 10 December 2016 - 07:04 AM
