Do you meet ALL of the requirements: No, I haven't tried this season. but when elo was a thing I was at 1800 global at one point, and I hit 2.4k build. I was also like 1870 global at one point on an alt, but the person that had the was letting me use the account changed the pass and name gg
Why do you want to join the clan: Because I'd like to be apart of a good/active clan, and this clan would be a perfect fit. I also love team fights, they're pretty fun and exciting.

Why do you want to join the clan: I want to join the clan because Essence isn't as active anymore and I enjoy playing more when clans are active. I can very well see that this clan has a variety of active players and they all seem like people who could improve my skills if I do play with them more. Hope I get accepted.

Frequent kick waves are important; this is one of the downfalls of Influence. Inactive members need to be kicked, and they come a lot more than you'd think. It's very simple to do, just every couple of weeks make a thread on the clan forums that says "Post here or you'll get kicked-you have 2 days" and people post and you kick anyone who didn't post.
Good relations with clans is also a good idea, since competitive clans need people to scrim and if you become close friends with a clan you can frequently have CBs with them every week or so and just give some action to satisfy your clan.
I would like to end with the fact that I'm not a very experienced clan leader; I've only been running my clan for a little over 4 months. My clan has been successful with good friendships and I think this clan can really benefit from it, especially as it's a primarily competitive clan.
