I would like to suggest Copenhagen as one of the new server locations since it is kinda a middle point in the nothern Europe.

Neutral. I don't think that they will accept it now since they already started their locations but that might be a 2017 one.

You need to realize that they can't just choose a random place and have the host wherever they want, there's many factors other than the location
