But it's not something to get me to Gold IV, or on, so therefore I ask how to Build UHC?

Learn to use the fishing rod and you'll be a powerful player. Also, even it people hate you for it, having bow fights between melee exchanges force your opponents to use extra healing and give you an advantage near the end. I usually bow against Gold V/IV players and that's why I'm Gold V. Literally, if I just sword, I'd probably be a Silver III, lol. Being strong with all secondaries though will make you the best Build UHC player.
