It's a legal law. We will not go out of our way to prove anyone's age, but if a parent of a sub 13 year old contacts us, we are legally obligated to block their account from their services unless parent gives explicit permission (the account actually becomes the parent's and then they allow their child to play on it).

Any money you deposit in there will not be able to be withdrawn. Money you earn through stuff like referrals will be after a certain amount. @MasterGberry will give a full detailed response and correct me if I am wrong.
