30 fps less?

Hello, you do not know what it may be that at one time I need to minecraft badlionu slowed to 30FPS?I tried CCleaner, which I cleared one gigabyte
And still the same fps, what it may be that I slow about 30fps? I'm 40, and I had 58-80
4 distance
and I turned on the sun and moon
I tried both off, and I still advise me what it is
