Hiring: Graphics Designer
We are looking to bring a new member to our growing team at Turtle Entertainment Online to help us grow our brand titles such as ESEA, Badlion, and additionally create new brand titles with us. To succeed in this team you need to have a drive and passion for the video gaming industry and esports as a whole. You must be able to work independently at times but also be a team player and be able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Time Commitment:

We are looking to bring someone on with a part-time contractor position which averages around 20 hours per week. This position will be remote. Depending on how you perform and the needs of TEO the position might open up an opportunity for a full time job opportunity with the growing company.

Responsibilities:

· Create logos and brand images to promote existing products and create new ones
· Social media content to share on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc
· Website UX Design – be able to design fluid and smooth web interfaces that are mobile, tablet, and desktop compatible
· Website Data Organization – in addition to creating the UX of the website it is very important to organize and present the data effectively to the users
· Thumbnails, banners, store icons – be able to create basic icons to use on our various websites
· Email and online ad development – help us to share our messages and product features with the online world
· Creation of basic SVG icons for GUI/In-Game experiences as needed (example http://fontawesome.io/ styled stuff)
· Miscellaneous graphics jobs as needed for things not covered in this hiring post

Qualifications:

· 18 years or older
· 3 years or more in graphics design
· 3 years or more in web development and design
· Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
· Highly flexible schedule for last minute work that might appear from time to time
· Creative mindset to come up with visions when we do not have one
· Passion for esports and online gaming in general
· Dedicated individual who always is looking to grow and learn new things

Bonus Qualifications:

· Previous experience in the esports industry or online gaming platforms
· Ability to draw and design features using a tablet
· Located in North America (not a hard requirement but makes the time zones a bit easier).

aha, i know so many people are good designers who are under the age of 18.. they should reduce it to 16 for more variety.

You dont have to be over 18 to sign a contract, you would need parental consent

Your wording makes you sound a little dumb my friend. If you need "parental consent" then that means your parents are signing the contract, not you. You do need to be over 18 to sign a contract.
