My friend was IP banned for four months. He appealed it, and it got accepted.The unban time was 12/17/16, 1:04PM (his time)
Currently, it is 1:40 for him, and he is still banned.
The appeal was accepted by DexterMC.
Help! ;-;

What do you mean? He told me it still says he's IP banned.
