Matchmaking will work differently on badlion premium, I believe you cannot chose what region you fight on, it basically will firstly que you against someone similar to your ping and if you cannot find a match the range of finding another player will expand. Most likely AU players will que against players from Asia or Texas since we get under 150 ms to those servers
