Si empezamos a kickear o a castigar a gente por hacer bowspam, también deberían recibir el mismo castigo los que spamean bloques, lava o caña, no? Es un recurso que te da el kit, si no sabes usarlo (no me refiero a ti, me refiero en general) no es problema del que si sabe, además a mucha gente le parece igual o mas molesta la caña, y no por eso se quita o se castiga el eso de esta.

Bow spamming is a tactic, we're not going to punish players for using one no matter how annoying.The one exception I know of is running out pots, but that's primarily because it extends a match far longer than it should while bow spamming doesn't do anything close by comparison. With match time limits even that's irrelevant though.
