Sorry folks, but Paypal and Paymentwall (both) managed to throw us some last minute issues >_>Our Paymentwall "store" is not yet approved and we are very close to finishing off Paypal. They requested we implement a couple of things before going live.
Should be up in the next day hopefully. Devs needed a quick break too, they are working very hard to get premium pre-orders online for people to purchase at the holiday 20% extra off rate :)

I don't think they would ban the MAC address because if the person that gets banned has siblings or something then that would effect them.
