I need some help. What good softwares out there are good for recording?

Well last time I tried I got 30 FPS and also the file format was not compatible… weird as earlier that year with the same OS I was able to play with that format, I use Windows 10. Also I don't want to buy a key and most cracked ones get blacklisted in 2 days

OBS for me is really laggy. Literally 3 months ago using the same PC charging no settings or mc settings I was able to record no problem. But now OBS records at 7 FPS even though my game is at 85, studio is even worse and for some reason 85 feels extremely laggy when I record.
