No appeal button?

My friend HexiPoo was banned a few months ago, He tried to appeal but it was denied by Staff.He then waited a month to send another appeal, but there is no appeal button. We looked at the help section and it says to be on the banned account which he is. So please Staff if u read this please help HexiPoo he wants to practice on this server really badly.
