I don't really know you too well to give you an onion unfortunately. My favorite moment is definitely playing on the soup server with the other staff members and my friends. I actually enjoy helping out the seniors catching IP ban evaders and as well as doing the donation support for the server.

I definitely enjoy the administration level the most but the most memorable position is definitely full mod. I remember when I was just a pleb trying to find my way around the server and how everything works. I'd never thought I'd be here in 2 years.
I messaged you personally with an opinion but I'll sum it up a bit here. You're a hard working and dedicated staff member. You're one of the few seniors that actually do work and you're constantly exceeding my expectations. This staff team couldn't have asked for a better staff member. I appreciate your work man.

What really keeps me motivated is being able to help the staff team as well as the community either through answering questions, doing IP checks, hiring new staff members, or helping players with their donation problems.

The perfect arena staff team in my eyes is when each one of the staff members are dedicated and motivated with their own personal drive to moderate and to enjoy doing it. The reason why some staff members are getting over thousands of mutes each month is because they genuinely do enjoy moderating. Communication is also key to being apart of a staff team. None of the staff members should be scared to ask a question if they have doubts and are confused with something. Obviously there's no such thing as perfect, but we can always strive to being close to it.

Not much will change within the staff team in my opinion if Premium is launched. We'll still have the open servers and those would need moderating 24/7.

You're a great staff member and a great person all in all. Definitely a hard worker and will always get a job done quick and efficiently. I wish I was good at expressing my opinions because I could probably write a few paragraphs about you if I could.
