I don't really know you well to give you an opinion.
I was actually frustrated that I got falsely banned by an unnamed mod that I thought I'd give a shot and apply for staff as well. If I wasn't banned that day, I wouldn't have ever applied for staff yet alone get to where I am now.
I don't have the exact dates but I do know the month and year.
Trial - April 2014
Mod - May 2014
Senior - November 2014
GCheat Admin - November 2015
Manager - January 2016
Head of Arena - November 2016

I was at first since I was afraid I may not have the time to administrate a team this big. So far it's going swell though.
I can manage my time pretty well but it's not an overwhelming amount of work. I'd say I spend a good 10-20 hours a week on admin work. Sometimes less and sometimes more.
You recently joined the staff team but you've been a lively staff member on the team.

I want to move to Florida hopefully during this summer. Other than that, I don't have much plans for the future.
Not sure to be honest. I can't decided between a corgi, a pitbull or a husky.

It has definitely helped me manage my time wisely as well as improving my communication with people. I'm always interacting with people whether it's the community or the staff team.
I really can't think of much for opinions even for those I'm close with. Considering you're a senior, I'd assume you're a hard worker and a great staff member. I think the tournament staff team isn't noticed as much but it is as important as the arena, uhc, or minigames team. You guys help organize tournys and run them and that's much appreciated.
