Just join the UHC at the apporiate time, so if the UHC is at 11:30, join at 11:30 sharp or like 1 or 2 minutes after

You have to join at at that exact time. Not 1 or 2 minutes later.

Yes. Depending on the fill you might be able to get into the game a few moments after whitelist goes off. Use time.is to see the correct time c:
