is tps like 'fps' because it says it will have a smoother gameplay.1. will miami florida be one of the various locations for this server?
2. will the locations for the server be only open to premium owners or
badlion open owners

To be honest they should have a proxy set up in the southern US or in Mexico, that proxy would sustain itself.
